Third World Nerd Photography

I am not a photographer.

Photography is my hobby. I shoot my kids mostly because they're growing up way too fast, and it's the only way I can stop time.

Photography is something I enjoy immensely. And I get a kick out of sharing my photos. I think I've gotten okay at it. So I'm sharing some of my favorite photos here. I hope you like them.

For the gearheads:
I shot practically all of these photos with either my old Olympus E-PL1 (now sold) or my Olympus E-P3. The Panasonic 20mm f/1.7 is the lens that I usually find on my camera. It's just a joy to shoot with on any occasion. I also use the Olympus 45mm f/1.8 sometimes. I rarely use the wide-angle Panasonic 14mm f/2.5. I don't know why. I guess it's just not my focal length. SLR Magic's 25mm f/1.4 Toy Lens is one of the lenses I used in the photos below. It has some interesting effects that I like. Edited with Aperture. Learned to manipulate RAW about a year ago. Before that, I just shot in JPEG. I'd say the photos below are half JPEG and half RAW.
