Olympus launches local campaign for OM-D
And here's the big reveal for that video I posted earlier. Looks like Red Dot Philippines, the local distributor of Olympus, is making a big push for the OM-D. They've got the lovely Nancy Castiglione promoting the camera together with ace photographers like Jake Versoza and Mango Red. Daphne Oseña-Paez also makes a return (she was an endorser for the PEN line as well).
It's great to see some support for Olympus' Micro Four Thirds cameras. I think they really have a winner with the OM-D E-M5, and hopefully this campaign will help to spread the word. I'm not on the Olympus payroll, but I think their Micro Four Thirds cameras are really gangbusters. Onward and upward!

I've seen Daphne Oseña-Paez's blog posts on the OM-D. Now I'm curious about the camera. I've never used an Olympus, but on the lookout for a camera that will approximate D-SLR quality photos but with the ease of use of a point-and-shoot. So I can take great photos for posterity and for blogging. :)
One comment on the ad though? They spelled Jake's surname wrong! It's Verzosa, with the Z then S.
