Olympus E-P3, you will be mine

I'm obviously a big fan of the micro four thirds system. Almost two years ago, I bought an Olympus E-PL1 and fell in love with photography. I wasn't much into photography before then, but this nifty little system changed my mind. Recently, I've been feeling the limitations of the E-PL1 -- slow autofocus and poor low light performance -- and now the E-P3 has arrived to (mostly) fix all of that! I'm sold. Now to hunt for a good deal…

Dodocase iPad case FTW

It's been called the Rolls Royce of iPad cases. I got one because I'm a sucker for Moleskine notebooks, which this case mimics. In the picture, the notebook behind the Dodocase is a giant-sized Moleskine, which I got from Fully Booked.

I hadn't been able to find any Dodocases in Manila (or maybe I wasn't looking hard enough), so I just got one straight from their site and had it shipped through Johnny Air for a few hundred bucks more. A bargain! This case makes the old iPad feel extra special, like an old journal, or something very personal. There's no fancy folding shenanigans involved; it's really like a book. And I love books. If you do too, you'll appreciate this high quality case.
